My landlord is changing all the time. At first he raise the rent at the last minute before we sign the contract, and told us if we don＇t rent it others will take it. And then he required us to paid the rent at once for a whole year, but he told us to paid 3 months a time before we sign the contract. And now he locked one room in the house but promised us a whole house in the contract. What can we do to protect our right? The agency just did nothing for us but recieve our agency fee. Can we sue them?

Of course you can sue them . Your landlord's act already breakt your contract , you can sue him to cancel your contract and ask for severance payments .Good luck !
